Wrenthorpe Gala 2023

On a glorious June Day, Wrenthorpe scouts gathered their camping equipment, flag and canoe – yes a canoe – and set up camp on the field in Wrenthorpe park for the gala complete with flagpole. It was a brilliant day, with lots of families and friends of scouting old and new dropping by our stalls for a chat, a selfie in the canoe or to have a go on our fun gala games – play your cards right, tin can alley, splat the rat and treasure hunt. We raised £300 for scout funds and the gala committee funds. We are currently fundraising for replacement watersports and camping equipment for our group. Big thanks to everyone who joined in on the day or made the day possible!
