Thanks for your Gala support

We loved being a part of Wrenthorpe Gala again this year and it was great to see friends old and new on the day. The gala took place on a blazing hot 28th June in the park, and from our little corner was a sea of people as far as the eye could see. Big thanks to the organisers and everyone who came to help us out on the day. We raised  funds for our group with lively games, gave away a ton of sweets and demonstrated some of our newer tents as well as chatting to loads of people about scouting. We gained four new prospective members on the day, who we look forward to welcoming into our group soon and we are still taking names for prospective beavers, cubs, scouts explorers and adult section helpers.
