Adult Volunteers

31st Wakefield scout group is run entirely by trained volunteers who are united in their belief that nurturing young people through scouting gives them one of the best starts in life. Some of our volunteer leaders have over 70 years experience with the scout movement from being scouts themselves. But we don’t just need their amazing commitment to power our scout group. We also need tidy-uppers and tea-makers and great listeners from all walks of life – for as much or as little time as they can spare. At scouts whatever your background, identity or ability, there’s a volunteer spot with your name on it.
